According to the Zhichong Finance and Economics APP, on May 22, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Notice of Overseas Issuance and Listing Filing of Hefei Jinghe Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd." Jinghe Integrated Circuit (688249.SH) plans to issue no more than 248,592,000 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
