Zhtng Cijng APP News, Zhng'n Zixin (06060.HK) issued an announcement, the board of directors resolved on May 22, 2026: (1) not to renew the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers, therefore PricewaterhouseCoopers will retire as the company's auditor after the upcoming annual general meeting to be held on June 23, 2026; and (2) recommended by the company's audit and consumer rights protection committee, it is proposed to appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers Kwok Wong Chan & Co. and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (collectively referred to as Deloitte) as the company's new international auditors and new Chinese auditors.
