Mao Lai Optics: Controlling shareholder and actual controller intend to inquire about transferring 3.00% shares.

Molai Optics announced that shareholders Molai Holdings, Fan Yi, and Fan Hao intend to transfer a total of 1.584 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital, through inquiry and transfer. Among them, Molai Holdings plans to transfer 1.056 million shares, while Fan Yi and Fan Hao each plan to transfer 264,000 shares. The minimum transfer price shall not be lower than 70% of the average stock trading price of the previous 20 trading days, and the transferee shall not transfer the shares within 6 months after the transfer.
