The pledgee is the Wuxi Branch of Jiangsu Bank Limited. The date of release of the pledge is May 21, 2026. As of the date of the announcement, the shareholder has pledged a total of 216.7897 million shares, accounting for 23.62% of the total share capital of the company. The shareholder has strong performance capability, and there is no risk of closing out the remaining pledged shares, which will not have any adverse impact on the company.
