Dali Electronics announced that the 2025 equity distribution plan has been approved by the shareholders' meeting held on May 18, 2026. Based on a total share capital of 132,569,323 shares excluding repurchased shares, a cash dividend of 7 yuan per 10 shares will be distributed, totaling a cash dividend of 92.7985 million yuan; and a bonus issue of 4 shares for every 10 shares will be made, totaling an additional 53.0277 million shares, increasing the total share capital to 187,131,945 shares after the bonus issue. The record date for equity ownership is May 29, 2026, and the ex-dividend date and the listing date for the additional tradable shares will be on June 1.
