Study: Nearly 1.2 billion people worldwide have mental disorders.

British magazine "The Lancet" published a research report on the 21st showing that nearly 1.2 billion people worldwide will have mental disorders in 2023, an increase of 95.5% from 1990. Researchers found that from 1990 to 2023, patients with 12 types of mental disorders have increased globally. Among them, the increase in patients with anxiety disorders and depression is most significant, with increases of 158% and 131% respectively compared to 1990. The report said that mental disorders are gradually becoming the main cause of patient disability.
