Suntech Holdings established a new energy company with multiple businesses in the photovoltaic industry.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Wuzhou Longji New Energy Co., Ltd. was established, with Xie Jiayang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes: solar power generation technology services; photovoltaic power generation equipment leasing; manufacturing and sales of photovoltaic equipment and components. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Sentera Corporation.
