Hong Kong stock market anomaly | Xunze (03317.HK) surged 15% in the afternoon, the National Development and Reform Commission said it is formulating supporting documents to accelerate the implementation of artificial intelligence.
According to the Wise Finance APP, Xun Ce (03317.HK) surged in the afternoon with an increase of over 15%. As of the time of writing, it had risen by 14.64% to HK$260.
