According to the news from China Aerospace, on May 22, the China Aerospace Innovation Research Institute held its unveiling ceremony in the Huangpu District of Guangzhou. The Innovation Research Institute is a cutting-edge innovation platform established by China Aerospace for commercial aerospace and space economy, with space manufacturing as its core driving force. It focuses on space manufacturing, reusable space transportation systems, and new power products, and is built around future industry needs such as space biomedicine, high-end semiconductors, and advanced materials. It aims to establish a sub-orbital microgravity experimental platform, an orbital space manufacturing platform, and future space transportation capabilities, gradually building a complete chain of space manufacturing capabilities that are "capable of going up, making it happen, coming back, and being useful".
