The country's first universal robot for the family scene was released in Wuhan.

According to the Changjiang Daily, on May 20th, the first general-purpose robot for household scenarios in the country was launched in Wuhan. This household general-purpose robot, named "Shiguang S1", was jointly launched by Hubei Jijia Shijie Robot Technology Co., Ltd., Hubei Humanoid Robot Industry Alliance, and Hubei Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, marking the true entry of humanoid robots into ordinary households. During the demonstration at the launch event, "Shiguang S1" showcased its abilities in cooking, laundry, folding clothes, and organizing the desktop, all of which were smooth and natural. Unlike humanoid robots in industrial scenarios, "Shiguang S1" does not rely on predetermined programs, but instead, it understands task goals through embodied intelligent models, autonomously plans action paths, and continuously optimizes performance in actual household environments.
