Yofa Group announced that in 2025, the company achieved a revenue of 50.671 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 7.57%; a net profit of 742 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.93%; and a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 680 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 60.03%. In the first quarter of 2026, the company's revenue decreased by 6.64% year-on-year, and the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 129 million yuan, a decrease of 2.63% year-on-year. The company's management is standardized and operation is stable, with operating indicators such as production and sales volume, income, and profit showing a significant increase compared to the previous period. The company's three bases under construction in Chengdu, Sichuan, Foshan, Guangdong, and Qinzhou, Guangxi will be put into operation successively in 2026. In addition, from the listing in 2020 to 2025, the company has distributed cash dividends of approximately 2.333 billion yuan and repurchased stocks using its own funds totaling 458 million yuan.
