Data from the Supreme People's Court shows that since the Supreme People's Court and the China Disabled Persons' Federation jointly issued the "Ten Opinions on Providing Better Litigation Services for Persons with Disabilities" and the "Norms for the Construction of Barrier-Free Environments in People's Court Litigation Service Centers" on February 26, 2024, the Supreme People's Court and the China Disabled Persons' Federation have continually deepened the construction of a "head-to-head" multi-dimensional dispute resolution mechanism. On the basis of the successful operation of the first batch of pilot projects in Beijing, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong, Hunan, etc., the pilot scope will be expanded to 19 provinces including Hebei, Liaoning, and Jilin in 2025.
