Health officials in British Columbia, Canada reported on the 16th that a crew member on the "Diamond Princess" cruise ship, who is currently in isolation in the province, has tested positive for the coronavirus. Bonnie Henry, the chief health officer of British Columbia, said that the patient showed mild symptoms such as fever and headache two days ago and was subsequently taken to the hospital, where the preliminary test result for the coronavirus was positive on the 15th. The patient is currently receiving isolation treatment, and further confirmation is needed from the microbiology laboratory. The test results for the patient's partner were negative. Currently, there are 10 Canadian nationals in isolation observation due to the outbreak on the "Diamond Princess," with 4 in British Columbia undergoing a 21-day isolation period, and the remaining 6 in the provinces of Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec.
