ST Ningshi announced on May 14th that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation report from the company's vice general manager, Xu Wei. Due to personal reasons, Xu Wei has applied to resign from the position of vice general manager of the company and will not hold any position in the company after resigning. The resignation report will take effect from the date it was submitted to the company's board of directors.
