Kexuan Power Holdings (00476.HK) has completed the issuance of 3.84 million subscribed shares, raising approximately 1.98 million Hong Kong dollars.

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Kexuan Power Holdings (00476.HK) announced that the board of directors is pleased to announce that all the preconditions set out in the second subscription agreement have been met, and the second subscription matter was completed on May 14, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the second subscription agreement. 3.84 million subscription shares (equivalent to approximately 1.18% of the issued share capital of the company after the completion of the second subscription matter) were subscribed at a subscription price of HK$0.52 per share. The net proceeds from the second subscription matter of approximately HK$1.98 million will be used in the manner disclosed in the announcement.
