According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Counterpoint Research released a report stating that edge AI is rapidly penetrating wearable devices, transforming them from passive connected devices into intelligent systems that can perceive, interpret, and respond to user data in real time. Regarding market trends, Counterpoint Research's chief analyst Tina Lu said: "Edge AI has been present in consumer wearable devices for over a decade. What is truly changing now is that an increasing number of device forms are covering new consumer groups, and edge AI has also opened up many new application scenarios that were difficult to predict at the inception of wearable devices. In terms of shipment volume, the penetration rate of edge AI in wearable devices is expected to increase from 30% in 2025 to nearly 80% in 2032."
