Qianfang Technology announced that the equity distribution plan for the fiscal year 2025 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting on May 8, 2026. Based on a total share capital of 1.58 billion shares, after deducting 3.4751 million shares held in the repurchase special account, a total of 1.577 billion shares will be used as the base number. Cash dividends of 0.32 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held, totaling 50.4548 million yuan in cash dividends. No bonus shares will be issued, and no shares will be increased from the accumulated fund. The registration date for equity is May 18, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is May 19.
