Ganfeng Lithium Announcement: On April 29, 2026, the company held the fifteenth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors and decided to cancel 551,250,000 stock options from the fourth exercise period of the 2022 stock option incentive plan at the company level due to the company's performance not meeting the standard and being unable to exercise the options in the current period. On May 12, after being reviewed and confirmed by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, the cancellation of the aforementioned stock options has been completed. This cancellation does not affect the company's share capital and its share capital structure has not changed.
