Dongcheng Pharmaceutical: Wholly-owned subsidiary repurchases 34.5454% stake in its subsidiary.

Dongcheng Pharmaceutical announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Nanjing Jiangyuan Andyke Electronic Research and Development Co., Ltd. will repurchase 34.5454% of the shares of its subsidiary, Midu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., for up to 452 million yuan, corresponding to a registered capital of 22.3766 million yuan. The repurchase price is 380 million yuan plus a fixed income calculated at an annual compound interest rate of 8% from the date of capital increase payment to the repurchase date paid by the seller. After the repurchase is completed, the target company will increase its registered capital to Andyke through capital reserves, with an amount not exceeding 72.3279 million yuan and a registered capital increase of no more than 4.2591 million yuan.
