Longpan Technology (02465.HK): Changzhou Lithium Power has completed a 440 million yuan series B funding round.

The Zhixin Finance APP reported that Longpan Technology (02465.HK) announced that regarding the matter of Constant Liyuan (a non-wholly owned subsidiary of the company) receiving a B round of financing of 440 million yuan, the completion has been implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financing agreement. As of the date of this announcement, (i) B-round investors have paid the financing cost in accordance with the financing agreement, and (ii) the relevant registration procedures for the financing are yet to be completed. After completion, Longpan Lithium's equity will be held by the company, the remaining shareholders of Constant Lithium (excluding the company), and B-round investors at 61.88%, 31.29%, and 6.83%, respectively. Constant Lithium remains a subsidiary of the company, and its financial performance will continue to be consolidated into the financial performance of the group.
