The Agricultural Bank announced that due to work adjustments, Liu Xiaopeng resigned from the position of non-executive director of the company on May 12, 2026, with the original term set to expire on November 29, 2027. Liu Xiaopeng confirmed that there was no disagreement with the board of directors, has completed the handover work, and his departure will not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory requirement.
