Mengcao Ecological announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Wang Zhaoming, as well as concerted action parties Jiao Guoshan and Wang Xiuling, collectively reduced their holdings by a total of 48.1272 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from February 13, 2026 to May 12, 2026, accounting for 3.00% of the total share capital of the company. The average selling prices were 3.76 yuan/share and 3.45 yuan/share respectively. After the reduction, the three parties collectively hold 278 million shares, accounting for 17.34% of the company. The reduction plan has been successfully completed.
