Dai Mei announced that the controlling shareholder Jiang Yintai holds 327 million shares, accounting for 15.2107% of the total shares, and Jiang Ming holds 133 million shares, accounting for 6.1983%. Jiang Yintai plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 29 million shares from June 3 to September 2, 2026, with no more than 20 million shares through competitive bidding and no more than 9 million shares through block trades, representing 1.3497% of the total shares and not exceeding 25% of his holdings. During the same period, Jiang Ming plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 33 million shares through block trades, representing 1.5359% of the total shares and not exceeding 25% of his holdings.
