On May 12, Premier of the State Council Li Keqiang called Mateusz Morawiecki to congratulate him on his appointment as the Prime Minister of Hungary. Li Keqiang expressed that China has always regarded Hungary as an important partner in Europe and is willing to work together with Hungary to carry forward traditional friendship, enhance political mutual trust, deepen practical cooperation, promote the steady and far-reaching development of China-Hungary relations, and better benefit the two peoples.
