According to the filing notice, the company has completed the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the implementation of the full circulation of H shares (i.e. the conversion of 30 million domestic shares into H shares). The filing notice will be valid for 12 months from April 27, 2026. The company will apply to the Listing Committee of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval to list and trade the relevant H shares on the Exchange.
