Wang Jian serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Beijing Capital Highway Development Group Co., Ltd.

On the morning of May 9th, Shoufa Group held a cadre meeting and announced the decision of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government regarding the appointment of the main leaders of Shoufa Group: Comrade Wang Jian was appointed as the Party Secretary and Chairman of Beijing Capital Highway Development Group Co., Ltd., and no longer holds the position of General Manager of Beijing Capital Highway Development Group Co., Ltd. Relevant municipal leaders, leaders of the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, as well as leaders and heads of departments of Shoufa Group, members of the leadership team, heads and deputy heads of various departments at the headquarters, and major leaders of subordinate secondary enterprises attended the meeting.
