Green City China plans to issue USD-denominated preferred notes for refinancing existing debts.

On May 12th, Greentown China announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to conduct an international offering of senior notes, with the net proceeds to be used for the refinancing of existing debts. This issuance will be carried out in accordance with the U.S. Securities Act Regulation S, and will be exclusively offered to investors outside the United States.
