CATL: Controlling shareholder donates 5 million shares to Shanghai Jiaotong University to complete transfer.

Ningde Times announced that the 5 million shares of A shares donated by the company's controlling shareholder, Xiamen Ruiting, to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Education Development Foundation have completed the transfer. All profits generated from the donated shares and the proceeds will be injected into the "Zeng Yuqun Educational Development Fund" to support the development of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's education cause. After this donation, Xiamen Ruiting's shareholding ratio has decreased from 22.15% to 22.04% and the Foundation's shareholding ratio has increased from 0.05% to 0.16%. This matter will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure and continued operation.
