Jinke Group and Ruiva Asset Management officially signed a joint venture cooperation agreement.

According to the news from Jinke Group, on May 11th, Jinke Group officially signed a joint venture cooperation agreement with Ruiwei Asset Management. Jinke Group and Ruiwei Asset Management will jointly establish a joint venture company through their respective wholly-owned subsidiaries - Chongqing Jinzhu Xincheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Beijing Ruiwei Asset Management Co., Ltd., with each holding 50% of the shares. The two parties will use Jinke Trust's asset package as the basis to participate in market-oriented investment in non-performing assets, introduce incremental funds, revitalize asset value, achieve the relief and value reshaping of real estate non-performing assets, and help Jinke Group revitalize existing projects and promote high-quality transformation and development of the real estate industry.
