A Beike real estate agent told reporters that overall, the transaction data for second-hand houses is better. Compared to the previous month, the transaction of second-hand houses in Chengdu has indeed significantly picked up. According to the data from Chengdu Housing Purchase, the transaction volume of second-hand houses in the first three months was 18,100 units, 11,400 units, and 23,200 units respectively; in April, the transaction volume of second-hand houses was 24,500 units, with 20,400 units located in the central urban area. However, compared to the same period last year, there is no significant change in the market activity of second-hand houses in Chengdu. In March and April last year, the transaction volume of second-hand houses in Chengdu was 25,400 units and 24,500 units respectively."
