On May 3rd, data released by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Hunan Province showed that, based on mobile signaling big data modeling analysis, on the third day of the "May Day" holiday, the province received a total of 13.17 million tourists for the day. Among them, 2.297 million were from other provinces, accounting for 17.44%; and 10.875 million were local tourists, accounting for 82.56%. According to big data modeling statistics from traffic monitoring cameras, a total of 2.1453 million tourists were received by 1,071 cultural and tourism units under surveillance that day, including 599,700 visitors to 20 scenic spots of 12 5A-level scenic spots and 751,200 visitors to 204 4A-level scenic spots. The number of visitors to 382 museums, libraries, and cultural centers under surveillance was 362,500. The 357 accommodation units monitored by the reporting platform received 76,600 visitors that day.
