There are a total of 78.336 million members of the Communist Youth League nationwide, with 5.15 million Communist Youth League organizations.

Today, the Communist Youth League Central Committee released the main statistics of the Chinese Communist Youth League. As of the end of December 2025, the total number of members of the Chinese Communist Youth League was 78.36 million, a net increase of 3.018 million from the end of 2024; the total number of league organizations was 5.15 million, a net increase of 753,000 from the end of 2024. Among them, there were 30,000 local league committees, 199,000 grassroots league committees, 139,000 league general branches, and 4.809 million league branches. There were 2.355 million school league organizations with 41.833 million members; 347,000 league organizations in government and public institutions with 3.798 million members; 271,000 league organizations in state-owned and collective enterprises with 2.818 million members; 954,000 league organizations in urban streets, townships, communities, and administrative villages with 23.917 million members; and 1.223 million league organizations in emerging and other fields with 5.97 million members. In 2025, a total of 9.137 million members were recruited into the league.
