Compared to the previous highest single-day record of 102,000 on October 1st, 2025, there was a 3.63% increase. The Qinghai-Tibet Group has developed transport plans and arranged transport capacity based on the popular travel directions and sections during the holidays, taking into account the characteristics of plateau railway transportation and passenger flow. They have implemented various convenience measures to ensure the smooth organization of holiday passenger transport. Temporary passenger trains were added in the directions of Golmud, Menyuan, Minhe South, and Nyingchi on May 1st, and coupled train operations were carried out for CRH trains in the direction of Xi'an to ensure transport capacity. The Qinghai-Tibet Group fully utilizes the various service functions of the railway 12306 platform, optimizing ticket queueing, priority passenger reservation services, and railway smooth travel codes, as well as actively connecting with recent welfare measures introduced by China National Railway Group Co., Ltd., effectively saving travel costs for passengers on the plateau railway and further enhancing the travel experience for passengers.
