In terms of transaction pace, the trading heat of the Shanghai second-hand housing market continued to rise in April, with an average daily online signing volume of 958 units for the month, with 8 single-day transaction volumes surpassing the one thousand mark. Particularly eye-catching is the daily online signing transaction volume on April 11th, which reached 1,632 units, surpassing the two peak daily transaction values of this year in March, and setting a new high for daily online signing transaction volume for second-hand housing in Shanghai in the past 5 years.
