A dock in the Russian Black Sea port of Tamanpasha was set on fire after being attacked by a Ukrainian drone, the local government said on Friday, marking the fourth such attack in over two weeks. According to official reports, a total of 128 personnel and 41 pieces of equipment, including personnel from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, were deployed to extinguish the fire. There have been no reports of casualties so far. The city, home to a population of over 60,000, is one of the main ports in the Russian Black Sea and is also the location of a large refinery owned by the energy giant, Russian oil company. Following a series of drone attacks starting on April 16th, Russia earlier this week declared a state of emergency in the region.
