UK natural gas futures fell more than 10% in April.

On Thursday afternoon in the European market, ICE UK natural gas futures fell by 2.00%, to 113.42 pence per therm. They have dropped by 10.28% in April, mainly trading below 115 pence after a slight increase at the beginning of the month. TTF benchmark Netherlands natural gas futures fell by 4.33%, to 45.663 euros per megawatt-hour. They have decreased by 9.14% in April, mainly trading below 46 euros with a drop of 38.178 euros on April 17 in the US stock market. ICE EU carbon emission trading permits rose by 0.55%, to 72.59 euros per ton, with a cumulative decrease of 1.37% in April.
