Binhai Teda Logistics (08348.HK) wholly-owned subsidiary receives tax processing decision document.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Tianjin Tianjin Modern Logistics Co., Ltd. (Yuan Da Logistics), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Binhai Taida Logistics (08348.HK), announced that it recently received a "Tax Processing Decision" (Jnshu Sn Jch [2026] 85) issued by the Tianjin Tax Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation. The decision stated that in October 2016, Yuan Da Logistics received seven value-added tax special invoices (including 614.46 million yuan for coal prices and 104.46 million yuan for value-added tax) from a supplier for the purchase of coal, which were confirmed to be fraudulent invoices, totaling 7.1892 million yuan. Yuan Da Logistics used these invoices to offset taxes and underreported taxes, totaling 2.6199 million yuan (related taxes), and the decision deemed this behavior as tax evasion. According to the decision, Yuan Da Logistics is not allowed to deduct the related taxes for the year ending December 31, 2016, and is required to pay the overdue taxes and surcharges of 2.6826 million yuan within fifteen days of receiving the decision. Yuan Da Logistics has paid a total of 7.1645 million yuan in taxes, surcharges, and late fees.
