Capital Strategist APP News, Smart Construction (01751.HK) announced that on April 24, 2025, Jinglian (Greater China) (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) as a tenant entered into the first lease agreement with Jinwei Construction (an independent third party) as the landlord for Property A, from May 16, 2025 to May 15, 2028 (including the first and last days) for a period of 3 years.
