Spirit Monkey Robot Completes Hundreds of Millions in Series B+ Financing

Today, Suzhou Linghou Robotics announced the completion of a multi-billion yuan B+ round of financing, led by the national fund Zhongwang Investment Fund, with follow-up investments from Guyu Capital, Jinding Capital, SMIC Venture Capital, Thunisoft Capital, Ginkgo Capital, and other existing shareholders. Duowei Capital will serve as the exclusive financial advisor for this round and for the long term. Linghou Robotics stated that this round of financing will be used to continue increasing research and development investment in core technologies such as visual perception, motion control, and whole machine JDM, accelerate the iteration and upgrade of core components, and simultaneously improve the production capacity of core components and whole machines.
