On April 24, 2026, he extended the repurchase procedure of 3,770,000 shares pledged to Nanjing Securities, with the original maturity date being April 24, 2026 and the new maturity date being April 24, 2027. After the extension, Wang Ming has pledged a total of 11,740,000 shares, accounting for 61.60% of his holdings and 7.32% of the company's total share capital, with the pledged financing used for personal financial needs.
