According to Tianjin Daily, Tianjin is speeding up the formulation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" for the development of the biomanufacturing and biopharmaceutical industry in Tianjin, focusing on three tasks of creating "iconic products, iconic companies, and iconic carriers", and focusing on six aspects of "laying the foundation for innovation, breaking into the market, integrating digital intelligence, being green and low-carbon, supporting services, and co-building ecology", to accelerate the construction of a modern industry system for life and health in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and make systematic planning to improve the entire biopharmaceutical industry chain. "Currently, the plan has completed expert reviews, is soliciting opinions from relevant departments, and is expected to be officially released in the near future," said Zhang Yuewei, director of the biopharmaceutical division of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau.
