Huayin Power: Hunan Energy plans to reduce its stake in the company by no more than 1%

Huaneng Power announced on April 24th that its shareholder Hunan Energy Group Co., Ltd., holding 8.20% of the shares, plans to reduce its total shares in the company by no more than 20.3112 million shares through centralized bidding.
