Punai Co., Ltd. announced that the company recently received a "indictment" issued by the People's Procuratorate of Yingkou City, Liaoning Province. The People's Procuratorate of Yingkou City believes that the company and relevant personnel are suspected of violating customs regulations by evading dual-use item and technology export permit supervision by falsely reporting the name of the goods without permission, smuggling natural flake graphite for export, and should be held criminally responsible for smuggling goods prohibited from entering or exiting the country. The total weight of illegally declared exported natural flake graphite involved in the case is 1243.55 tons, with a total amount of 5.9847 million yuan. The defendant companies include Punai Co., Ltd. and Yingkou Wanhua Logistics Development Co., Ltd., and the defendants include Qi Changsheng, Meng Qiufeng, Yao Shuyang, and Wang Libo.
