DaSouChe's US stock IPO has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On April 24th, the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing record of DSC Holdings Ltd. The company plans to issue up to 190,848,475 common shares and list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States.
