Announcement from Aofei Data: The controlling shareholder, Guangzhou Haomei Computer Technology Co., Ltd., holds 272 million shares of the company, accounting for 27.60% of the total share capital. From May 21, 2026 to August 20, 2026, they plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 20.62 million shares, accounting for 2.09% of the total share capital through concentrated bidding or bulk trading.
