Recently, the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration reported several cases of illegal splicing bean children's toy. In early April, law enforcement officers from the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration conducted a surprise inspection at the major toy wholesale markets in the city. In a toy store in a certain commercial center, the law enforcement officers found that multiple splicing bean children's toys on the shelves had no manufacturer name or address, and no 3C certification. According to the relevant provisions of the mandatory product certification catalog, plastic toys, metal toys, electronic toys, and riding toys are required to obtain 3C certification. The core testing items of toy 3C certification include: mechanical and physical safety, chemical safety, electrical safety, and flame retardancy. As "splicing beans" belong to plastic toys, as long as they are sold for children and have children's toy attributes, they must obtain 3C certification in accordance with the law.
