On April 24th, it was learned from the Zhanjiang Maritime Bureau that the pilot project of "zero emissions" of water pollutants from passenger ferries in the Qiongzhou Strait officially started on the north shore. The first passenger ferry "Fengling" participating in the pilot project successfully completed the shore reception of domestic sewage, marking a new stage of "zero emissions" of water pollutants from passenger ferries in the Qiongzhou Strait. Subsequently, both the north and south shores of the Qiongzhou Strait will fully launch the work of "zero emissions" of water pollutants from passenger ferries, promoting the green and low-carbon transformation and development of shipping in the Qiongzhou Strait.
