IDC: Shipments in the Chinese smartphone market slightly declined in the first quarter of 2026.

The latest quarterly smartphone tracking report from International Data Corporation shows that in the first quarter of 2026, the shipment volume of the Chinese smartphone market is approximately 69.04 million units, a year-on-year decrease of 3.3%. The overall performance is slightly higher than expected, mainly benefiting from the strong performance of Huawei and Apple.
