On April 23, as the 26th World Intellectual Property Day approaches, Tang Xuebing, the President of the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court and a first-level senior judge, served as the presiding judge to publicly hear a case of unfair competition in the field of artificial intelligence involving "AI intelligent body flow hijacking". It is reported that this is the first case of "flow hijacking" unfair competition in the field of artificial intelligence heard by the Hangzhou Intermediate People's Court. Due to the involvement of new types of disputes, complex legal relationships, and difficulty in determining technical facts, the case will be sentenced at a later date.
