The website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission reported on April 23 that according to the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and the Shanghai Municipal Discipline Inspection Commission, Zhang Wen, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Bank of Communications International Trust Co., Ltd., is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law, and is currently under disciplinary review by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, and under investigation by the Shanghai Municipal Supervision Commission.
